We normally ship UPS. UPS requires a physical street address, not a P.O. Box. If you provide us with a P.O. Box number as your shipping address, then we will ship your package via USPS. Shipping is based on weight and destination. We use the published UPS and USPS rates (you can get from their websites) and add $1.00 per order for packing materials, boxes, etc.
We try to ship the same day we receive the order (Mondays thru Fridays). We do not ship on weekends. If there will be a delay, we will notify you if you provided us with your email address. We normally ship with UPS to better track your shipment. Below is a chart to give you an idea of how long it will take to arrive to you.

Before you can return any item(s) you purchased from our site, you must first email us at returns @ highvoltagestunguns.com with your first name, last name, mailing address, phone number, date of purchase, item number and name, the Paypal unique transaction number associated with your purchase and the reason why you are returning the item(s). Once we have reviewed your return request and decided you have a valid reason to ask for a refund, we will email you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with instructions on how and where to send your item(s). Return items must include the original packaging materials, manuals, parts, etc., and the item(s) must be in good or resale condition. When returning item(s) to the location provided in our email, make sure the item(s) are packaged well enough to handle abuse and some type of signature confirmation or package tracking is used. RMA numbers will only be issued within or on the last day of our 30 day return period and will expire 2 weeks from their issue date. Items returned without a valid RMA number will not be honored and will not be sent back unless return shipping fees are paid to us in advance. We will notify you if you had return an item without a valid RMA number if you provided us with an email address. If return shipping fees have not been paid within 2 weeks of our notification, we will consider the item(s) abandoned and will discard them without refund. Refunds are made at our sole discretion and do not include shipping fees. Refunds request are not honored for reasons such as the wrong item, color, size or quantity. Items returned because they are due to a manufacturers defect will be inspected closely and if found to be valid, either a refund (less shipping) will be issued or an exchange for the same item will be sent. Approved refunds will be sent to the Paypal account you had originally use to purchase the item(s).
